Our products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance, hydration and comfort of skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. See our Disclaimer.
4 · Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — and will refund you in full if we do.
5 · Pricing

If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline or remove content, but we do not edit the substance of reviews. See our Reviews Policy.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
13 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

Skincare products can cause a reaction in some people. Patch test before first use, follow the directions, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or use prescription topical medication, speak to a doctor before use.
15 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
16 · Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order.
