Our 30-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with HANEUL Salmon DNA PDRN+ Serum, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.
You keep the bottle
We do not require you to return the product. There is nothing to post back, no courier to arrange, no photographs required, and no form asking you to justify your decision. You may continue using the product while the refund is processed.
How to request a refund
Email HaneulSalmon1@gmail.com with your order number and the word "refund". That is the whole process.
How long it takes
We will acknowledge your request within ▢ business days and process the refund within ▢ business days of acknowledgement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further ▢ business days to show it.
Bundles
Multi-bottle orders carry a longer guarantee:
- One bottle — 30 days from delivery
- Three bottles — 60 days from delivery
- Six bottles — 90 days from delivery
The full order is refundable within its guarantee period, including bottles you have opened.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days with a photograph. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you — your choice.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will cancel and refund it in full. Once dispatched, the 30-day guarantee applies instead.
Fair use
This guarantee is intended for genuine use. We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests from the same customer or household where there is evidence of abuse. We will tell you if we do, and why.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered voluntarily and in addition to your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Nothing here limits those rights.
